Today I go to share with you very tasty and crispy methi kaju namakpare recipe on this winter season. Crispy methi kaju namakpare is yummy and easy snacks to make at home. The fresh fenugreek leaves in crispy methi kaju namakpare makes them different from usual namakpare. Once done you can store these namakpare in airtight container for almost a month. Serve them with hot cup of tea or coffee. I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. 1.5 cups fresh fenugreek leaves
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1 tsp ajwain
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. 3 tbsp oil
  9. 1.5 cups water
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop fenugreek leaves
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, semolina and chopped fenugreek leaves.
  3. Add oil, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, black pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add water and knead into smooth dough. Rest dough for 15 minutes
  6. Roll the dough into big chapati and cut into kaju shapes with the help of lid.
  7. Deep fry the namakpare until golden brown and crisp over medium heat
  8. Drain excess oil over absorbent paper. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
  9. Enjoy them with cup of tea or coffee.
