I love to have dhokla with green chutney.
Grind sprouted moong , water spinach and chili make smooth paste
Transfer to a bowl and add semolina, gram flour and mix well
Add fruit salt to the batter and mix well. Pour batter to greased dish
Place dish in steamer
Steam for 15 minutes till dhokla is cooked
Heat oil in small pan, splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves green chili, asafoetida in oil for a second
Pour the tempering and grated coconut over the dhokla
Cool and cut in square shape. Serve with green chutney
