Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped capsicum 1
  2. 1 Chopped tomato
  3. Chopped onion 1
  4. Hung curd 1 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. All purpose flour 1 cup
  7. Maize flour 1/2 cup
  8. ghee 2 tsp
  9. 2-3 chopped green chili
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix maize flour and all purpose flour with salt,water and ghee. Knead a soft dough. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
  2. Mix veggies,salt, hung curd and black pepper in a bowl. Keep it aside
  3. Heat the oil for frying
  4. Divide dough in equal portions. Make puris and fork it all over to prevent it from fluffing during frying.
  5. Fry the puri in oil and shape like tacos while frying
  6. Take a taco shell and fill with veggies mixture
  7. Garnish with green coriander and serve
