ABOUT Aloe Vera Ladoo RECIPE

the best and yummiest way to eat aloe vera, these ladoos should preferably be eaten in cold weather as they have a warm nature and the best thing is there is no bitter taste and any smell of aloe vera in these ladoos. it is very beneficial to old people.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 cup aloe vera puree
  2. 2 cups wheat flour
  3. 1 cup gram flour/besan
  4. 1 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 2 cups boora sugar
  6. 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  7. 1 tsp black pepper roughly crushed

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan
  2. Add aloe vera puree and roast over medium flame till ghee separates
  3. Add wheat flour and gram flour and roast until it turns light brown and aromatic
  4. Switch off. Add chopped almonds and black pepper
  5. Allow the mixture to cool completely
  6. Add boora sugar and mix thoroughly
  7. Shape mixture like ladoos and store in an air tight container
