These pakoras are so crunchy that you would never believe its made of french beans. Perfect companion with cup of steaming Tea

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups chopped lengthwise French beans
  2. 1 cup besan
  3. 1/4 cup rice flour
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 7 tbsp water
  6. 1 tsp red chili powder
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  9. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Add all masalas ,salt and pepper with Ginger garlic paste to beans. Coat it well. Keep it aside for 10 mins
  2. In another bowl sieve both flours.Add ajwain , beans and water . Mix well. Toss well so that beans is coated with mixture. Add additional water only if the coating is dry.
  3. Fry beans until golden brown. Don't overcrowd while frying. Fry them in batches.
  4. Once done, place on absorbent towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with Sauce or ketchup.
