Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 3 Tbs gram flour
  4. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  6. 3 Tbs white Seasme seeds
  7. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tbs cumin seeds
  11. 1/2 Tbs Chaat masala
  12. 1 Tbs chopped Garlic
  13. 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
  14. 1/2 Tbs Lemon juice
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Other Ingredient
  17. Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a Kadai.
  2. Combine rice, onion, Coriander leaves, seasme seeds, ginger garlic, green chillies, chaat masala, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, Coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix.
  3. Add rice flour, gram flour and some water and mix well.
  4. Devide the mixture into equal portions and deep-fry them in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve hot with fried Geen chillies, sauce or chutney.
