Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bunch methi
  2. 1 cup green peas
  3. 2 onions chopped
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. 1 green chili chopped
  8. 1 tsp kitchen king masala.
  9. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  10. 2 tbsp fresh malai
  11. 1 cup milk
  12. 4 tsp butter.

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop fenugreek leaves
  2. Heat butter in a pan and splutter cumin seeds
  3. Add onion, green chili, ginger garlic paste and saute until onions are tender
  4. Add methi leaves and cook until tender
  5. Add boiled peas, tomatoes and cook until tender
  6. Add salt, masala and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Add milk and bring to boil
  8. Finally add fresh malai and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Optionally Garnish with grated paneer or paneer cubes for rich taste. Serve hot with lacha Parantha or butter Nan.
