Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach leaves 20 to 25
  2. Gram flour 2 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
  5. roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  6. Boiled and grated potato 1 cup
  7. lemon juice 2 tbsp
  8. Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  9. Finely chopped green chili 2 tsp
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  11. 2 tsp oil + additional for frying
  12. Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  13. cumin seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and finely chop the spinach. Keep it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan, splutter the cumin, and saute ginger,green chili and onion.
  3. Add chopped spinach, boiled and grated potato and gram flour, mix well, stirring constantly. Now add salt, red chili, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, mix well and switch off
  4. Cool the mixture, shape the mixture into rolls
  5. Fry the rolls until golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney
