In a bowl, mash potatoes, add jeera powder,red chili flakes , amchur powder, salt , dhaniya powder and coriander leaves , mix well
Place 4 leaves in a line and add small amount of potato mixture towards on first leaf leaving gap at edges
Roll the leaves , apply water and seal edges
Mix salt to besan slurry. Dip the roll in the slurry
Deep fry the rolls until golden brown
Serve hot with sauce/ketchup
