Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled eggs 6
  2. Cream 1/2 cup
  3. Tomatoes 4
  4. Green chilies 5
  5. Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  6. 3 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  7. Meat masala 1/2 tbsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 inch Ginger
  11. 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  12. Garlic cloves 8

Instructions

  1. Grind ginger garlic ,tomatoes and green chilies to form a paste
  2. Melt ghee in kadai and add the ground paste
  3. Saute and mix all spice powders, salt and kasuri methi. Cook until oil starts leaving sides
  4. Add cream and mix well
  5. Add boiled eggs and let it cook in the masala for 2-3 minutes
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
