In a mixing bowl, add chickpea flour, Spinach puree, salt, Carom seeds, Chili paste and Ginger paste with 1/4 cup water and Mix well to form smooth batter
In a Non stick pan add 1 tsp oil. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter with ladle. Sprinkle sprouted moong on the top
Flip and Cook both the sides. Do until the batter is completed
Garnish the Chilla with cheese,paneer,sprouted moong,and ketchup. Serve hot
