ABOUT Sprouts Spanich Idli RECIPE

Sprouts and spinach both are weight reducing items.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
  2. 1/2 Cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
  3. 3 Green chilies (roughly chopped)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp Fruit salt
  6. 1 tsp Sesame seeds (til)
  7. 1/2 tsp Asafoetida (hing)

Instructions

  1. Combine the sprouted moong, spinach and green chilies and blend them in a mixer using a little water to form a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the paste into a bowl. Add salt, besan along with water and mix them well to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Pour the batter into the mould and cook them perfectly. Now remove the idlis from the mould and serve.
