Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi 1 cup
  2. Green gram 1 cup
  3. Pearl millet 1 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Brown sugar
  6. For idli batter
  7. Idli rice 2 cup
  8. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  9. Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash Soak grains separately for 6 hours
  2. Drain water thoroughly and put it in a hot pack for 12 hours
  3. Now grains will be sprouted
  4. Grind sprouted grains with little water separately
  5. Soak idli rice and fenugreek for 2 hours and grind to make smooth batter
  6. Soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind to make smooth batter
  7. Mix urad dal, rice batter well
  8. For 1 cup sprouted millet batter Add 1 cup idli batter
  9. Ferment it for 5 to 6 hours ( it will be double in size after 6 hours )
  10. Add little salt mix well
  11. You can also add brown sugar or veg or egg to the batter
  12. Pour the batter in idli plate
  13. Steam cook it for 15 mins
