Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat Rava 1 cup
  2. Hand full of Coriander leaves
  3. Red chilli 4 Numbers
  4. Urudu dal 1 teaspoon
  5. Onion shallots 10 Numbers
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Musted seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. Curry leaves few
  9. Channa dal 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Water 3 cups
  11. Oil 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First take pan and heat a oil.
  2. Then add urudu dal,Chilly.
  3. Then transfer the jar. Then add shallots.
  4. Saute for Until golden brown. Then add coriander leavs.
  5. Then saute the leaves. And transfer the jar. Add tamarind piece.
  6. Salt to taste. Add water and ground it well.
  7. Then take a pan and heat a oil.
  8. Add a channa dal,musted seeds, shallots.
  9. Add a curry leaves also,saute well.
  10. Then add a coriander paste also.
  11. Then add 2 cups of water or 2.5. And add some salt also.
  12. Then boil the water.add broken wheat Rava. This is a broken wheat samba Rava.
  13. Add the Rava.
  14. Stir the batter until lumppfree.
  15. 4 minutes to cook for lowflame.
  16. Then add a lid and cook. Rava was nicely cook.
  17. Serve with cup of curd and onions.
