Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup grated lauki
  3. Salt
  4. Haldi
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp curd
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 2 tsp seasme seeds
  9. 1 tsp jeera
  10. Hing
  11. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  12. 1 tsp oil
  13. 1 tsp garam masala
  14. 1 tsp fennel seed powder
  15. Oil for frying thepla

Instructions

  1. Grate lauki
  2. Take flour in bowl
  3. Remove water from lauki
  4. Add all ingredents
  5. Make a dough with lauki water
  6. If required take some more water
  7. Keep dough for 5 min.
  8. Then roll down theplas
  9. And fry them on tawa by adding oil
  10. Serve hot with curd or pickle
