ABOUT Herbed Paneer Lollipop with stir Spinach RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 750 ml Milk
  2. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  3. 2 pinch roasted oregano
  4. 2 pinch roasted mixed herb
  5. 1/4 tsp nicely crushed black pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  7. 2 tsp fresh coriander nicely chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. For Stir spinach,1 bucnh spinach leaves don't chopped
  10. 5-6 almond devide in to half
  11. 1 fresh red chilli cut in diognal
  12. 3 garlic nicely chopped
  13. Salt to taste
  14. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Boil milk add lemon juice and mix, switch off gas,when curdles form strain the water in muslin cloth,now curdle remain.
  2. Now take roasted oregano,mixed herb,rub with palm and add,red chilli flakes,salt, black pepper powder and fresh coriander and mix. (All ingredients add when recently remove water from it and it's hot for all the flavour completely mix and inhance it's taste)
  3. Now tightly lock the muslin cloth and place a heavy bottom pan over the cloth to remove all excess water from this.
  4. After 3 hours take out from cloth and cut in round shape and pick the skewers in it.
  5. Now heat oil in pan and shallow fry the herbed paneer Lollipops.
  6. For Stir Spinach,heat oil in pan add chopped garlic when light brown add almond,after few seconds add spinach and now add red chopped chilli and salt and stir for 2 min in high flame.Don't over cook the spinach just stir.
  7. Now add shallow fry paneer in it or serve with separately stir fry spinach.
  8. Serve hot for more taste with sauce or ketchup
