ABOUT BBQ Mushroom in Apple, Mushroom Sauce RECIPE

This is a new innovative recipe in which BBQ grilled mushrooms are served with a different unique sauce which is consisting of main ingredients which are apple and mushrooms. It tastes really unique and can be served as a starter even a side dish in restaurants.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Mushroom- 1 pack
Onions- 2, chopped
Apples- 2, chopped
Garlic- 3 to 4 cloves, grated
Apple juice- 200ml
Mayonnaise- 2tsp
Black pepper powder- 2tsp
Salt to taste
Italian seasoning- 1tsp or to taste
Butter- 1/2tsp
Oil as required

Instructions

Take mushrooms and wash them properly.
To the mushrooms add salt, 1/2tsp oil and 1tsp black pepper powder and coat the mushrooms well.
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now take BBQ grilling stand and put on stove.
Now put coated i.e. marinated mushrooms on it and grill them from all sides.
Your BBQ grilled mushrooms are ready.
Now let's start preparing the sauce.
Take a non stick pan and add butter to it.
When the butter melts add garlic, onions, apples, 3-4 BBQ mushrooms sliced and stir.
Cook them well on slow flame for almost 10 minutes.
Now add the apple juice to it and stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Now add the rest of the BBQ mushrooms to it and mix well.
Now add salt to taste, rest black pepper powder, mayonnaise and mix everything well.
It's done and now serve it by sprinkling Italian seasoning over it. And enjoy.
