  1. 4 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup leftover chana dal
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4tsp carrom seeds
  5. 1/4 tsp red pepper
  6. 1/4tsp kasoori methi
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Make the dough of flour with dal and all spices
  2. Rest for 10 minutes
  3. heat the oil
  4. Make small pooris and fry golden brown.
  5. Serve with pickle or sabzi
