Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Keera 1/2Piece
  2. Corn 1/2Cup
  3. Parsley leaves handful
  4. Salt 1 tablespoon
  5. Chilli powder 1tablespoon
  6. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Chat masala 1tablespoon
  8. All purpose flour 1cup
  9. Cheese 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl chop keera and add corn to it.Add parsely leaves and mix well.
  2. Add Salt,Chiili powder,Coriander powder,Chat masala and mix well.
  3. To that add all purpose flour and mix it.After that add cheese to it and mix well.
  4. To get batter consistency add little water and mix it.
  5. Mix it properly.
  6. Put a pan and add oil to it once it gets heated pour that batter with a spoon in small round shape.
  7. Turn both sides and fry it well till it is done.
  8. Hot Hot Corn Cheese Parsley pan cakes r ready.

Can I use amchur powder in the place of chat masala?
