ABOUT oats and quinoa cheesy pancakes RECIPE

I love this recipe as it has all healthy ingredients,oats and quinoa powder,semolina and veggeies make it healthy,lovely recipe for breakkie or for dinner if you want something light,I have placed a cheese slice between two pancakes,which makes it cheesy you can give these pancakes to kiddos in their tifffin box too, I have served them with sweet chili sauce you can serve them with chutney and sauces.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1bowl oats powdeered in mixer grinder
  2. 1bowl quinoa powdered
  3. 1bowl semolina
  4. 1/2cup finely choppedonions
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  6. 1/4 cup french beans
  7. 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  8. 1/4 cup grated carrot
  9. 1/4 cup grated bottlegourd
  10. 1-2 greenchilli crushed
  11. 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  12. salt to taste
  13. water 1glass
  14. cheese slice 5-6
  15. chopped corriander leaves

Instructions

  1. in a large bowl add oats powder
  2. add quinoa powder
  3. add semolina
  4. add french beans
  5. add cabbage
  6. add onion
  7. add green chili
  8. add grated ginger
  9. add green peas
  10. add grated carrots
  11. add grated bottle gourd
  12. add salt to taste
  13. add water and make batter
  14. batter should be thick not watery
  15. keep for rest for 15-20 minutes
  16. add chopped corriander leaves
  17. apply oil on nonstick pan
  18. spread batter with spoon in round shape
  19. apply little oil above the pancakes
  20. flip when they are turned golden
  21. place cheese slice over it
  22. I have cut slice in flower shape
  23. place another pancake above cheese slice
  24. make crispi golden brown
  25. serve with sauce and chutney
