Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 grams paneer
  2. 1 capsicum
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  6. 1/2 cup chopped spring onion
  7. 2 tsp soya sauce
  8. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  9. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  10. Salt as per teste
  11. 1/4 tsp black papper powder
  12. 2 tsp corn flour
  13. 2 tsp all purpose flour
  14. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies and paneer.
  2. Now in a bowl add corn flour,all purpose flour,black papper and salt and make a smoothe batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.Dip paneer in the batter and deep fry.
  4. Then heat 1 tsp oil in pan add chopped chilli, ginger and cook till light brown.
  5. Then add capsicum and onion and cook for 2 minute.
  6. Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce and green chilli sauce.
  7. Then add 1/2 cup of water.
  8. Then add 1 tsp cornflour and maida batter and cook till become thick.
  9. Add paneer and chopped green onion and serve.
