Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled mashed potatoes - 1 small bowl
  2. Oil for deep fry
  3. Rava / suji - 1/2 cup
  4. Amchur powder- 1 tsp
  5. Chilli chopped - 1 spoon
  6. Coriander leaves- 1spoon
  7. Salt as needed
  8. Cornflour - 2 spoon
  9. Peas boiled - 1/2 cup
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Bread - 1/ 2 pack ( here used whole wheat bread but you use as your taste )
  12. Water - 1/2 cup
  13. Ginger paste -1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. First of all mash potatoes add salt and mashed well
  2. Heat oil in a pan add 2 tsp of oil add ginger paste red chilli chopped green chillies satue well
  3. Then add peas boiled stir fry again add mashed potatoes cook 5-6 min.
  4. Off the gas when potatoes cool completely make a round circle wet the bread from hand put in your hand fill with potatoes and cover well with bread , roll in cornflour batter again Roll it in rava and deep fry it turn golden brown .
  5. Repeat this process for all bread rolls and enjoy with chutney or sauce
