ABOUT SPINACH OATMEAL PAN CAKES RECIPE

This pan cakes superly easy to make just grind oats add lot of veggies also make more healthier. It is ideal in break fast for growing children and any age.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup coursly grind oats
  2. 1/2 cup samolina
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 cup finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, carrots, tomato, bellpaper etc
  5. 1 cup finly chopped spinach
  6. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  7. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1/2 garam masala
  11. 1 packet eno

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add oats, samolina, curd
  2. Add enough water to make semi thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes
  3. Add all chopped vegies, jeera, adruk, chilles
  4. Add chopped spinach
  5. mix well add salt and add water if required
  6. whenever want to make it just add eno and mix well.
  7. Heat non sticky pan gease it by brushing oil. Spread 2 tbsp of batter in round shape and shallow fry both sides with drizzle little oil.
  8. Enjoy hot with any sauce or imly chutney
