ABOUT Banana Oatmeal Pancake RECIPE

Flour-less pancake, easy to make and healthy filling breakfast packed with protein.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats - ½ cup
  2. Banana - 1 large riped
  3. Egg - 1
  4. Sugar - 2 tbsp (optional)
  5. Vanilla essence - few drops
  6. Baking powder - ¼ tsp
  7. Salt a pinch
  8. Milk few tbsps if required to thin the batter
  9. Oil/butter for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree to a smooth batter. Add milk if required to thin the batter.
  2. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Grease it with a few drops of oil.
  3. Pour a scoop of batter and cook 3-4 minutes or until bubbles form on the top.
  4. Flip pancakes and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden on the outside and set on the inside. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Serve as it is or with any sauce of your choice. I served with strawberry sauce.
