Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup cashews
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1/2 tsp ghee

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar, take cashews
  2. Grind to smooth powder, sieve and keep side
  3. Now in a non stick pan, boil sugar and water
  4. Keep the flame low and keep on stirring to form syrup
  5. when the syrup turns little sticky add cashew powder
  6. Cook until the mixture turns to dough and starts leaving the sides of pan
  7. Switch off the flame and add ghee
  8. Mix well and transfer the mixture on to the butter paper
  9. Grease your hand with little ghee and knead for 30 seconds
  10. Place this dough on a butter paper
  11. Then roll the dough with a rolling pin adjusting the thickness as per your choice
  12. Now cut into diamond shape and serve or store
