ABOUT Ragi and Rice Dhebra ( Gluten free) RECIPE

Ragi is packed with Calcium, good carbs, Amino acids and Vitamin D. I have added Rice flour and Spinach which enhences the nutritive value and taste too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ragi 1 1/ 2 Cup
  2. Rice flour 3/4 cup
  3. Spinach leaves washed and chopped 1 /2 cup
  4. Curd 2 tbsp
  5. Ajwain 1 tsp
  6. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  7. chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. coriander powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  12. Oul 2 tbsp
  13. Oil for shallow frying.

Instructions

  1. Mix both the flours.
  2. Add masala and all Ingredients mentioned.
  3. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Knead a firm dough.
  5. Make balls and roll by keeping between two plastic sheets.
  6. Heat a griddle and shallow fry by applying little oil on both the sides.
  7. Serve with Curd / Tomato ketchup.
