Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 1 glass
  2. Green peas 1 cup
  3. Onion 2
  4. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Dalchini 1
  6. Big cardomm 1
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in a cooker
  3. Add cumin seeds dalchini big elachi
  4. Now saute onions.
  5. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  6. Add green peas and stir well.
  7. Now add rice and stir .
  8. Add 1 glass water.
  9. Cook till 1 whistle..
  10. Open it
  11. Serve hot with curd raita.
