Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmathi Rice 2 glass
  2. Coconut milk(thick) 4 glass
  3. Cardomam 2
  4. Cashew some
  5. Peas 1/2 glass
  6. Cinnamon 2 piece
  7. Star anise 1
  8. Jeera 1 Table spoon
  9. Onion 4 sliced
  10. Green chillies 4
  11. Ghee 2 Table spoon
  12. Coconut shredded little

Instructions

  1. Soak Basmati Rice In water 10 min
  2. Put pressure cooker add 2 spoon ghee nd 1 table spoon of oil.. Add whole spices fry 1 min.
  3. Add sliced onions nd green chillies nd Salt
  4. After onion turn little gold colour add the peas Afrer 2 min add 2 glass of rice nd stir 2 min
  5. Nd add 4 glass of coconut milk nd add cashew
  6. After getting bubble on cooker add the 1 table spoon of ghee nd shredded coconut close the lid nd put 1 visile ..
  7. After all preasure gone open the lid nd serve Hot
