Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower 1 big
  2. Potatoes 4
  3. Onions 2
  4. Tomatoes 2
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Sabzi masala 1 teaspoon
  12. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  13. Oil for frying.
  14. Coriander.leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Cut couliflower in big florets.
  2. Cut potatoes length wise
  3. Make paste of onion and tomato
  4. Heat oil in a karahi..
  5. Fry the cauliflower and potatoes separetly.
  6. Removed the extra oil from the karahi.
  7. Put cumin seeds.
  8. Now add onion and tomato paste.
  9. Saute well
  10. Add ginger paste
  11. Add salt and all the masalas.
  12. Cook it properly
  13. Now add potatoes and cauliflower
  14. Stir well.
  15. Cover it and cook on simmer till 10 minutes
  16. Now open the lid and cook on high flame.
  17. Add corinder leaves
  18. Serve with tandoori roti..
