Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour/maida - 1 cup
  2. Semolina/suji - 2 tablespoon
  3. Clarified butter - 2 tablespoon
  4. Carom seeds - a pinch
  5. Onion seeds - a pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil - for frying
  8. For stuffing
  9. Boiled and mashed potato - 4 big size
  10. Chopped green chilli - 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  12. Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  15. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Cumin seeds - a pinch
  18. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
  19. Knead a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes
  20. Boil potatoes,peel and crush them.
  21. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan.
  22. Add cumin seeds to crackle.
  23. Add ginger,garlic paste,green,coriander powder,red chilly powder, and turmeric powder and mix well.
  24. Add boiled and crushed potatoes and salt and roasted cumin seeds powder and saute for one minsutes

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour,semolina,clarified butter,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
  2. Make a crumb like texture.
  3. Add coriander leaves and mix well
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. Let it cool
  6. Now roll a dough just like chapati.
  7. Spread the potato stuffing and roll it and seal the edges.
  8. Keep in the fridge for an hour
  9. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  10. Cut the pin wheel samosa into small pieces
  11. Place the samosa,lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  12. Serve the pin wheel samosa with tea.
  13. Enjoy.
