ABOUT Pin Wheel Omelette RECIPE

Nowadays Japanese Sushi is quite popular. People love to eat sushi, but it's bit tricky to make sushi at home. Problem solve....now you can enjoy Japanese sushi and Indian omelette - both flavor in same time. It's simple, easy and most of all healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 3
  2. Salt - 1/4 tsp or as per your taste
  3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp or as per your taste
  4. Small diced carrot - 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped spring onions - 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped coriander leaves - one handful (optional)
  7. Sushi roll - 1
  8. Butter or oil - 1 tbsp (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Put eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with a whisker.
  3. Add carrot, spinach, coriander and mix well once again.
  4. Place a nonstick frying pan over low medium heat and brush the pan with butter or oil.
  5. When the frying pan will reach to medium hot then stir the egg mixture with a whisker or spoon and spread thinly. Make sure it cover the whole pan. **set aside the left over egg mixture to use later**
  6. When the top of the egg nearly cooked then place a sushi roll top of it.
  7. Gently roll the egg and pull back at the same time. **Be careful because pan and egg both are very hot**
  8. Just before finished the folding add the left over egg mixture.
  9. When the egg cooked thoroughly gently and carefully roll up like a log.
  10. Remove the rolled egg onto a plate and let it cool down slightly.
  11. Sliced it and serve with soy sauce or your favourite dipping sauce and fresh garden salad.
