Healthy and yummy almond burfi is perfect sweet for festival or any other celebration. This yummy sweet loved by everyone from my family.
Dry roast almond in kadai for 15 - 20 minute without leaving on slow flame.
Let it cool at room temperature for next 20 minute. You can make it before a day.
Now crush the almonds in chilli cutter.
Then add this mixture in mixi jar and make a fine almond flour.
Now take a kadai add almond flour, powder sugar and milk.
Mix well all and make sure there were no lumps in it.
Now keep kadai on flame and cook it.
Keep stirring the mixture without leaving.
After a 20 to 25 minutes it start leaving the sides of pan.
Add ghee in-between the process
Add milk powder and mix well then cook for next 5 to 10 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix it.
Cook for next 5 minutes.
Now remove from flame and shift into greased plate .
Spread it evenly in plate.
Sprinkle some chopped pista.
Press the top of barfi with the help of bowl or hand.
After 10 minutes give cut marks as your choice.
Almond barfi is ready to serve.
