Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole moong 2 cup
  2. Green chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  3. Ginger paste1 tablespoon
  4. Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Spinach puree 1 cup
  7. Chopped onions 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak moong for 12 hours
  2. In a mixture bowl add soaked moong
  3. Add ginger,chilly,garlic paste
  4. Add salt
  5. Add spinach puree
  6. Make smooth paste
  7. In a mixing bowl add moong paste
  8. Add 1 cup chopped onions
  9. Heat the oil
  10. Make oval shape fritters
  11. Let it fry till crispy
  12. Serve with green chutney or ketchup
  13. Garnish with sliced onion
