Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Tuvar daal....3 teaspoon
  2. Chana daal....3 teaspoon
  3. Washed moong daal...3 teaspoon
  4. Washed urad daal....2 teaspoon
  5. Chopped onion...2 teaspoon
  6. Garlic garlic chopped ....2 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sooji...4 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder....1 teaspoon
  10. Green chilli...1 teaspoon
  11. Green coriander....2 teaspoon
  12. Cornflour slurry.....1/2 cup
  13. Bread crumbs for coating
  14. Mayonnaise for garnish
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak all the daals overnight. In the morning wash and grind to paste.
  2. To this paste add onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander, salt, red chilli powder ,suji and green chilli. Mix all.
  3. Make balls . Dip in cornflour slurry and roll on bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil for frying. Fry all balls on medium flame.
  5. Put toothpick on each ball and garnish with mayonnaise.
  6. Serve with sauce.
