its a snack made by stuffing spiced and sautéed potatoes in cone made of maida or all purpose flour

Ingredients Serving: 3

Maida/ all purpose flour 1/2 cup
Potatoes 4
Oil for deep frying 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil for dough 2 teaspoon
For sauteIng potatoes oil 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
whole coriander crushed coarsely 1 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder 1/4 teaspoon
Water to make dough

Instructions

Take all purpose flour add oil salt and mix well
Then add water and make medium dough not to tight or too loose keep covered with a damp cloth
Boil potatoes cool them and peel
Heat a pan add two teaspoon oil add crushed coriander seeds
Now mash the potatoes and add to it with red chilli powder garam masala and dry mango powder
Sauté for two minutes and keep
Now divide the dough in equal sized balls
Size of dough balls should be of a tennis ball
Roll out each in circular shape and cut from middle
Take the cut part and apply water on sides and make a cone and fill with the prepared potatoes
Close the cone
Make all in similar way
Heat oil in a deep pan
Deep fry these cones on a medium flame
Keep flipping
Fry till it turns golden and crisp
