Ingredients Serving: 6
Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
Olive oil 2 tablespoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Active dry yeast 2 tablespoon
Milk 1/2 cup lukewarm
For stuffing
Potato small chopped 1
Capsicum small chopped 1
Onion 1 chopped
Ginger crushed 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
Aamchoor powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
Dark chocolate chopped 1/2 cup
Instructions
Take 1l4 cup lukewarm milk add 1 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast , cover and keep in an warm place for proofing for 15 minutes or more
In the meantime we will prepare the stuffing. Keep ready all the spices
Cut all the vegetables
Boil 1/2 cup soya keema in 2 cups of water with salt for 10 mins . Soak for 15 minutes more in hot water. Strain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan , add whole cumin seeds , once splutter add chopped onion , sauté until light brown. Add all the spices one by one
Add turmeric powder , cumin powder , chilli powder , chat masala and aamchoor powder . Also add salt.
Add chopped potatoes , sauté 2 to 3 minutes with cover . Next add chopped capsicums. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Add boiled minced soya , sauté for 4 to 5 minutes in low heat or until all the water dries up . Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves . switch off gas.
In a big bowl take 1 1/2 cups of atta , divide into two parts , in one part add cocoa powder .
Add yeast mixture and water , make soft dough
The choclatey dough , take in a greased bowl and cover . Keep in a warm place for 1 hour both the dough
Normal dough
After one hour the dough will be doubled , punch it down , make 3 balls out of each dough.
Put dark chocolate inside chocolate dough , close it properly otherwise Stuffing Will come out while baking them
Put soya stuffing inside the normal dough and close them properly
Now they are ready , cover them with a moist towel for 30 mins , preheat oven in 225 degrees for 10 mins
Brush them with milk and put sesame seeds , put in a greased tray with 1 inch distance. Bake for 20 minutes in 225 degrees centigrade.
Switch off oven , once cooled down serve with tea.
