Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  3. Sugar 2 teaspoon
  4. Active dry yeast 2 tablespoon
  5. Milk 1/2 cup lukewarm
  6. For stuffing
  7. Potato small chopped 1
  8. Capsicum small chopped 1
  9. Onion 1 chopped
  10. Ginger crushed 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Chat masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  14. Aamchoor powder 1 teaspoon
  15. Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  18. Chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoon
  19. Dark chocolate chopped 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take 1l4 cup lukewarm milk add 1 1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast , cover and keep in an warm place for proofing for 15 minutes or more
  2. In the meantime we will prepare the stuffing. Keep ready all the spices
  3. Cut all the vegetables
  4. Boil 1/2 cup soya keema in 2 cups of water with salt for 10 mins . Soak for 15 minutes more in hot water. Strain and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan , add whole cumin seeds , once splutter add chopped onion , sauté until light brown. Add all the spices one by one
  6. Add turmeric powder , cumin powder , chilli powder , chat masala and aamchoor powder . Also add salt.
  7. Add chopped potatoes , sauté 2 to 3 minutes with cover . Next add chopped capsicums. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Add boiled minced soya , sauté for 4 to 5 minutes in low heat or until all the water dries up . Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves . switch off gas.
  9. In a big bowl take 1 1/2 cups of atta , divide into two parts , in one part add cocoa powder .
  10. Add yeast mixture and water , make soft dough
  11. The choclatey dough , take in a greased bowl and cover . Keep in a warm place for 1 hour both the dough
  12. Normal dough
  13. After one hour the dough will be doubled , punch it down , make 3 balls out of each dough.
  14. Put dark chocolate inside chocolate dough , close it properly otherwise Stuffing Will come out while baking them
  15. Put soya stuffing inside the normal dough and close them properly
  16. Now they are ready , cover them with a moist towel for 30 mins , preheat oven in 225 degrees for 10 mins
  17. Brush them with milk and put sesame seeds , put in a greased tray with 1 inch distance. Bake for 20 minutes in 225 degrees centigrade.
  18. Switch off oven , once cooled down serve with tea.
