Children favourite recipe.. I have used leftover Pavbhaji's bhaji for the buns stuffing
Take one cup Luke warm water add in sugar and yeast leave it covered for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes yeast mixture will bloom to double
take a deep bowl add in flour and salt and mix
Make a well at the centre of flour add in oil and yeast mixture and milk to make a smooth dough
Now add some butter and dry flour on the slab of kitchen and knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes
Take a deep bowl spread 1 teaspoon oil keep ready dough over it pour 1 teaspoon oil over the dough
cover and keep 1 to 2 hrs for fermentation under hot area of your house
After 2 hrs dough will become double in size knock it down and again knead it
Divide the dough into equal parts
Roll them into a ball shape
Roll each ball with help of rolling pin into a small disc
keep bhaji stuffing at the centre gather all the ends and seal the stuffing.
Line them on a greased baking tray
Bash them with milk and let them rest for another 1 hr for proofing
After 1 hrs bhaji buns will become double in size
Grease bhaji buns with butter from top with the help of brush
Bake them at 200 degree centigrade for 15 minutes
Serve with tea or coffee in breakfast
