Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida - 200 grams
  2. Powderd Sugar - 100 grams
  3. Butter - 100 grams
  4. Vannila essence - 1+1 Teaspoon
  5. Egg whites - 2
  6. Icing sugar - 3 cup
  7. Creme of tartar - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take bowl add butter and sugar mix well until the Fluffy batter
  2. Add flour little by little, combine well,
  3. Until the smooth dough.
  4. Wrap with cling sheets, and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  5. Take dough and roll it using a cookie round cutter and using
  6. Arrange the cookies in cookie tray or pan
  7. Preheat the microwave oven to 170 degree centigrade
  8. Baking time - 15-20 minutes
  9. Let it cool,
  10. Then preparing Royal icing
  11. Take a clean bowl add an egg whites mix well with a help of stand mixer or hand mixer,
  12. Add a cream of tartar,
  13. Add a icing sugar. Little by little.
  14. Add vanilla essence
  15. Mix well.
  16. YOU get a stiff pick stage u stop the mixing
  17. Mix well for 10 -12 minutes
  18. Splitting the batter in two bowl
  19. Add a yellow gel colour in a one bowl mix well.
  20. For using pastry Bigfork piping.
  21. Take a cookie and first I used white color for egg whites, so I put in to unshape white filling
  22. Then dry for over night
  23. And u can use egg yolks pattern so middle of the cookies and put down the yellow
  24. Allow any air bubbles to come the surface and pop before adding to a pastry bag
  25. Let it dry for 12 hours
  26. After u get it half boiled cookies ready to serve
