Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 1/2kg
  2. Onion 250 grams finely chopped
  3. Ginger, garlic, chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Tomato 2 large size chopped
  5. Half lime juice of small lime
  6. A pinch of salt
  7. A pinch of sugar
  8. Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Chilli powder 1teaspoon
  10. A Pinch of Black Pepper
  11. Oil as you need

Instructions

  1. Fry all the paneer
  2. Now put oil on heated pan and fry all the onions
  3. Let it be golden brown.
  4. Now add all the tomatoes and let it turn mushy
  5. Now add all the spice powder and fry
  6. Add lime juice and water. Add water as per the gravy required .Add fried paneer.
  7. And your rich paneer gravy is ready to serve
