Good flavoured green murukku

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw rice 1cup
  2. Urud dal 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  5. Coriander leaves 1 cup
  6. Pudina leaves 1 cup
  7. Green chilly 4 numbers
  8. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Heat urid dal and mix it with rice and powder it finely
  2. Grind coriander leaves, pudina leaves ginger and green chilly finely and add some water and strain it
  3. In the flour add ghee mix well and knead it in to a dough with the strained juice
  4. With the help of murukku maker, make murukku and fry it.
