ABOUT Peas and Spinach Soup with Mushroom RECIPE

A very tasty and healthy soup with a creamy consistency.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  2. 1/2 cup fresh peas
  3. 1/4 cup fresh cream
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. 1/4 cup very fine chopped fresh mushroom (blanched)
  8. 4 cup water
  9. 1 tbsp cornflour

Instructions

  1. First take a deep pan and add water, spinach, sugar, salt, pepper and boil for approximately 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Now churn in mixer and sieve. Take 2 tbsp water and mix with cornflour. Mix and add in soup.
  3. Boil this mixture in a pan.
  4. Turn off the gas, add mushroom and serve hot.
