Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 1 bunch
  2. Boil corn 1 cup
  3. Onion chopped 2
  4. Chopped tomato 2
  5. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Sabzi masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Kaju paste 1 tablespoon
  10. Fresh cream 4 garnishing 2 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Oil 4 teaspoon
  13. Green chillies 2

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash spinach
  2. Blanch in hot water openly with a pinch of sugar to maintain the colour green.
  3. Now make the puree of spinach
  4. Heat 4 teaspoon oil in a kadai
  5. Add cumin seed when crackle
  6. Add chopped onion and green chillies
  7. Saute till brown
  8. Now add ginger paste and cook
  9. Add fresh tomato puree
  10. Add salt and seasoning
  11. Now add kaju paste and cook for a while.
  12. Now add corns and stir well
  13. Add spinach puree and stir well
  14. Cook for five minutes
  15. Garnish with fresh cream
  16. Serve wid butter Naan ya lacha parantha
