Cream the sugar and ghee until well blended.
Sift the flour with the Besan, Cocoa Powder, Soda Bi-Carb
Add this dry mixture to the creamed ghee mixture. Knead into a dough. Divide into 16 balls.
Flatten each ball a little and place on a cookie sheet. Keep some distance between the Nankhatai.
Bake the nankhatai's at 180 for 35 minutes.Switch off the oven and let them cool in the oven for an hour. Store in an airtight container.
