Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana (boiled and mashed)...1 cup
  2. Besan 3 teaspoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Kishmish 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For Gravy
  8. Tomato puree...1 cup
  9. Garam masala....1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli powder...1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Kasoori methi....1 teaspoon
  13. Curd ....1 teaspoon
  14. Haldi powder....1/2 teaspoon
  15. Water as required
  16. Oil 2 teaspoon
  17. Jeera....1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For making Balls
  2. Mix all ingredients of banana balls. Make small balls and fry till golden brown on medium flame.
  3. Take a kadhai. Add oil and put jeera and let it crackle.
  4. Now add tomato puree, garam masala, red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup water. Let it cook for few minutes. Now add curd and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Lastly add kasoori methi and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Before serving add balls to the gravy and serve hot.
  8. Dish is ready to be enjoyed.

Banana balls cooked in tomato based gravy give an amazing texture to this.
