In a bowl add flour potatoes salt pepper along with oil and knead the soft dough with sufficient water
Keep the dough for rest at least 10 to 15 minutes
Take a medium sized ball of the dough roll with rolling pin just like any normal parantha
Heat skillet put the parantha over it roast from both sides apply sufficient ghee over it
Serve with butter
