Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole-wheat flour....1 cup
  2. Salt and ajwain to taste
  3. Desi ghee as required
  4. For stuffing
  5. Left over rice...1/2 cup
  6. Salt And jeera/ajwain to taste
  7. Mango powder...1/2 tea spoon
  8. Red chillypowder to taste
  9. .
  10. 1

Instructions

  1. Knead dough from wheat flour, salt and ajwain or jeera and keep aside for some time
  2. Mix salt, ajwain and mango.powder in rice, mash a little bit with hands
  3. Make a ball from the dough, flatten it and add stuffing, again gather the sides and roll it with the rolling pin
  4. Roast on tawa at both sides using ghee
  5. Serve with chutney or achar
