Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Singhda/chestnut flour -1cup
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes -2large
  3. Chopped green coriander -2tbsp
  4. Chopped green chillies as taste
  5. Sendha salt /rock salt (fastings)/sea salt -1tsp
  6. Clarified butter -3tbsp
  7. Warm water as needed

Instructions

  1. Grate boiled potatoes in chestnut flour .
  2. Add chopped coriander .
  3. Add chopped green chillies .
  4. Add Rock salt /sea salt
  5. Combine the flour till it binds.
  6. If needed add few drops warm water to make a smooth dough.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes
  8. Heat a non stick griddle grease with few drops of clarified /desi ghee .
  9. Take a small ball out of the dough .
  10. Damp both palms with warm water and start dabbing the dough ball into round shape .
  11. Shift this prepared prantha on hot griddle .
  12. Flip the side when roasted from one side .
  13. Pour clarified butter over roasted prantha roast till gets crispy golden crust from both sides .
  14. Serve chestnut potato prantha with yogurt or farali chutnis.
  15. Add genorous amount of clarified butter and relish it!!
  16. Healthy gluten free chestnut potato prantha is ready to serve .
