This bread was my experiment for today but from now onwards will be an important part of my fasting days and best way to eat it is this.. Cut into fingers shallow fry in a pan in oliv oil and relish it with a dip of ur choice.. Tastes havenly.... :yum::yum::yum::heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chestnut / Singhara flour - 1 Cup
  2. Boiled and greeted potatoes -2
  3. Greeted Paneer (Cottage Cheese)-1/4 cup
  4. Curd-2 tbs
  5. Mixed Herbs –a teaspoon
  6. Chili flakes - a teaspoon
  7. Sea Salt/plain salt -to taste
  8. Oliv oil-2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Take chestnut flour in a bowl .Add curd and salt and kneed it nicely adding little water at a time .rest for 20 minutes
  2. After 20 minutes add boiled & greeted potatoes ,Paneer herbs and chili flakes (keep some to sprinkle on the top)and kneed again adding 1 tbs olive oil .
  3. Spread the prepared dough in a greased glass oven dish evenly .
  4. Sprinkle reseved herbs and chili flakes on the top and drizzle with remaining one tbs oliv oil
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees .
