Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour/besan - 2 cup
  2. Oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Oil - for frying
  4. For jaggery syrup
  5. Grated jaggery/gur - 2 cup
  6. Water - 1/4 cup
  7. Clarified butter - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add gram flour and 2 tbsp oil and mix well
  2. Make a smooth n soft dough.
  3. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the sev.
  4. Use the sev make machine and fixed in the sev plate
  5. Fill the machine with the gram flour dough.
  6. When the oil hot press the sev machine over the oil and put the flame on a medium heat.
  7. Repeat the process to finish the dough.
  8. Deep fry the sev for 2 - 3 mins and then turn over another side.
  9. Drain in paper napkin.
  10. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  11. Add jaggery and water and stir continuously on a low flame until jaggery gets thick and sticky.
  12. Now crushed the sev and add in it.
  13. Stir continuously till sev mixed with jaggery
  14. Turn off the flame.
  15. Apply some water in your palm and make small round shape ball.
