This authentic prawn curry dish is absolutely lip smacking good and tastes best when eaten alongside rice.
Grind the following ingredients, red chillies, grated coconut, tamarind extract together to form a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, add the hing and turmeric powder.
Gently put the prawns into the pan. Saute and cook them for 30-40 seconds while stirring and flipping them.
Now add the grounded paste, salt to taste and two cups of water. Cook this for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
Serve hot alongside freshly cooked rice.
